PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Important Note: Conference registration and fee payment are two separate processes. Your participation is only confirmed after both are successfully completed.

1. PAYMENT PROCESS

• After you successfully submit your online registration form, please allow up to 24 working hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) to receive a payment guidance email.
• This email will contain the official instructions and necessary details for you to complete your payment.

2. AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS

We offer two secure payment methods:

a) Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card)

• Your payment guidance email will include a secure link to our online payment portal.
• Please note: The total amount payable will include an additional 6% transaction fee, which is charged by the payment gateway provider.
• A confirmation email will be automatically sent to you immediately upon successful payment.

b) Bank Transfer

• You may transfer the conference fee directly to our official bank account. Please use the details below:

• Mandatory Steps for Bank Transfer:

To ensure your payment is processed correctly and without delay, please follow these two steps carefully:

• Step 1: Include Payment Reference

When making the transfer, you must include the following reference in the transfer description or remark field: [Your Full Name] – [Your Registration ID] – CIB 2026

• Step 2: Email Proof of Payment

After completing the bank transfer, please email a clear copy (screenshot or scanned document) of the bank transfer receipt to our registration desk at: icons2026@huce.edu.vn

3. AFTER COMPLETING YOUR PAYMENT

Your Payment Receipt and official Invitation Letter will be sent to your email within 24 working hours after your payment is received and verified.

Administrative Note: Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) has signed a Principle Agreement and authorized Hoa Binh International Tour Co., Ltd (HBG) to collect conference fees on its behalf.
