Abstract Submission (Required for All Contribution Formats)

All authors must submit an abstract (1 page) before submitting a full paper.

  • Call for Abstracts: 15 October 2025
  • Deadline for submission of abstracts: 30 November 2025 
  • Acceptance notification: 10 December 2025

Final Submission Options

After acceptance, authors submit Full Paper as follows:

  • Full Paper 10 pages – Abstract submission and acceptance required prior to submission

  • Deadline for full paper submission: 15 February 2026
  • Review notification: 05 March 2026
  • Final submission deadline: 20 March 2026

Note: The authors are expected to give a presentation (12 min. presentation + 3 min. Q&A) at the event.
